The address you enter into our website, must match the ship to address entered into Paypal. Your shipping address cannot be changed after the order has been placed.
We currently ship USPS Priority Mail or UPS and tracking will be provided for every order. We are not responsible for packages that show delivered to confirmed addresses provided on order.
Signature confirmations may be required to ensure the accurate and secure delivery.
Shipping Times may not include processing times.

Expedited Shipping: $29.99 (2-4 business days)*
Expedited Shipping is available for orders placed by 12 pm (CST) Mon-Fri.
Orders placed after 12 pm (CST) will ship expedited on the next Business Day.
Orders will ship in the order they are received Monday - Friday only.
Once orders are received and payment has been cleared, the order will be processed for fulfillment.

Tracking Information will be sent for USPS Priority Mail Packages.

Can I make changes to my order?
Unfortunately, once you've placed your order, it is not possible to amend the order.
Orders cannot be changed or updated once they are placed.

Can I cancel my order?
Once your order has been placed, unfortunately no, you will be unable to cancel.
We have made every possible effort to ensure and to display as accurately as possible the color(s) and images of our products as they appear.
We cannot guarantee your computer monitors display of color(s) will be accurate.

Belle Chic Noire Boutique is not responsible for any merchandise that is lost or stolen once it is shipped. We inspect every item prior to shipment.

We will review cases of items that are claimed to have been damaged in transit.
Return claims due to damage (in transit) must be made within three days of receipt of goods. Pictures of the package PRIOR to being opened is required. Returns will only be accepted with our pre-authorization.

Customer is required to contact Belle Chic Noire Boutique within 3 days of delivery for a damage claim return.

Upon receipt of the goods, Belle Chic Noire Boutique will inspect and issue a store credit or we will reship the item (if in stock) at no additional cost.

Belle Chic Noire Boutique carries Juniors, Missy and Plus Sizes.
We recommend ordering your normal size unless otherwise advised in the item description or accompanying size guide.
Sizes may differ depending on the style of the item and the designer.
Items that are described as Slim fit or Junior Fit should be considered a smaller fit.
Belle Chic Noire Boutique recommends that customers review the Sizing Guide prior to ordering. Unless otherwise noted, the Sizing Guide should be followed.
