Payment:

We currently only accept online orders. You may pay with any major credit card through our payment processor PayPal. 

Shipping:

Belle Chic Noire Boutique will only ship to PayPal confirmed addresses. The address you enter into our website, must match the ship to address entered into Paypal. Your shipping address cannot be changed after the order has been placed. 

We currently ship USPS Priority Mail or UPS and tracking will be provided for every order. We are not responsible for packages that show delivered.

Signature confirmations will be required to ensure the accurate and secure delivery of orders. 

Regular Shipping Rate: Flat rate: $8.99 (3-5 business days)   

Expedited Shipping: $35 (2-4 business days) This option available for orders placed by 12pm (CST) Mon-Fri.

Orders will ship in the order they are received Monday - Friday.  Please allow 24-48 to process and ship your order. 

**Gift Orders: If you are ordering items to be sent as a gift, Belle Chic Noire Boutique will send to an alternate address. Please note that additional address confirmation will be required with this option.

Ordering:

All sales are considered final sale. 

Can I make changes to my order?  Unfortunately, once you've placed your order, it is not possible to amend the order. Orders cannot be changed or updated once they are placed. If you would like to purchase another item, please place a new order for the item(s). 

Can I cancel my order?  Once your order has been placed, unfortunately no, you will be unable to cancel.

Please allow 24 -48 hours for response (not including weekends).   

Returns:

Belle Chic Noire Boutique is not responsible for any merchandise that is lost or stolen once it is shipped. We inspect every item prior to shipment.
We will review cases of items claimed to  be damaged in transit. Return claims due to damage (in transit) must be made within three days of receipt of goods. Pictures of the package PRIOR to being opened is required. Returns will only be accepted with our preauthorization. 

Please do not send back merchandise without prior approval from Belle Chic Noire Boutique. 

Customer will be responsible for the return shipment cost. 

*Customer is required to contact Belle Chic Noire Boutique within 3 days of delivery for a damage return.   

Email should contain the following information: 

  • Customer Name
  • Order Number 
  • Item Description
  • Detailed Pictures
  • Reason for return: (Briefly explain the problem)

Upon receipt of the goods, Belle Chic Noire Boutique will inspect and issue a store credit or we will reship the item (if in stock) at no additional cost.  We are not responsible for packages that show delivered.

Sizing:

Belle Chic Noire Boutique carries Missy and Juniors sizes, we will occasionally feature Plus Sizes. 

We recommend ordering your normal size unless otherwise indicated.  Sizes may differ depending on the style of the item and the designer. Please read description for fit.

Items that are described as Junior Fit should be considered a slimmer (smaller) fit.  Belle Chic Noire Boutique recommends that customers review the Sizing Guide

Garment Care: 

  • Care should be taken when cleaning apparel
  • Hand Washing or Dry Cleaning is recommended
  • Hang to dry or lay flat depending on item.
  • Customers with sensitive skin or allergies should pre-wash clothing prior to wear.
  • Belle Chic Noire Boutique does not accept any responsibility for improper care or treatment of garments.

Free Shipping Qualifier:

To qualify for free Standard Shipping the subtotal amount will need to be $100.00 or more, after discounts, credits or promotions have been applied.
